    Hey y’all, if you say the quality is bad, try to download Engadgets RAW video edited on the iPhone 4, its in the review, so you dont have to worry about the crappy Youtube compression.

    @rockbandfreak24 watch it in 720p… lower right portion, it shows that the iPhone 4 camera is actually pretty darn good.

    @RealBadMojo thanks. i thought the picture contrast control wasn’t responding fast enough for transitioning from bright to dark area. look at 0:05
    also overall you’ll notice color imbalance, probably because of hardware/software not adequately equipped enough to take picture in light over saturating background
    notice motion induced blurring at 0:14-0:17
    i can’t complain about the camera. what can you say, it’s smartphone
    overall no doubt it’s a quality smartphone camera in its own category

    @dlaworn Oh yeah, it definitely isn’t an ultra-camera of any sort, but for a camera / phone it is very impressive. Having a 720p camera in your pocket for both video and still images is pretty darn cool.

    How much RAM does it eat up per minute of video? Wondering if I should get the 16 gig or the 32.

    @richardtemple there are some websites that calculated it out at about 80MB per 1 minute of video. I’d definitely go with the 32 if you have any music or movies you will load… 16′s fill up quick.

    That’s not true apple fucked up they shipped out the pre orders on the 19th and 20th I got mine two days early too this is a real video I’ve messed around with mines too amazing pics and bids unreal for a phone
